Who holds the data

What we collect, and only when you send it
- Your name, email address, and organisation if you give one.
- The subject you pick and the message you write.
- The time of the message and the IP address it came from, kept purely to stop abuse of the form.
Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social tracking pixels of any kind.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Your consent, which you give with the tick box, together with our legitimate interest in answering people who contact the company and in keeping the form from being abused (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). Withdrawing consent is one email and costs you nothing.
Who else sees it
- Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL delivers the message to our inbox from a server in Sweden (Amazon SES, eu-north-1).
- Purelymail hosts the mailbox that receives it.
We do not sell your details, do not add you to a mailing list, and do not pass them to anyone outside the two providers above.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted 24 months after the conversation ends, or sooner if you ask. The abuse log holding IP and timestamp is kept for 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict or object to our use of it, or receive it in a portable format. Write to team@leapfarlabs.com and we will answer within 30 days. If we handle it badly you can complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at aepd.es.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not quietly rewrite it.
